The Life Lately List

Everything has changed and yet, I am more me than I’ve ever been.

A berry mojito at Sky Garden.

Hello, hello.
I sat down to do one of the "Life Lately" posts only because I think it's fair to have a catch-up after I've been incognito for a while. Sorry if it's not the type of thing you'd read (I have prepared something a tad more exciting for you, that will be up on Tuesday).

Glowy, dewy skin. I have been all over that look recently. I admit it's a very fine line between sweaty face and Jennifer Lopez face BUT I believe I have mastered it more or less and will share what I've achieved in the upcoming post.

I have also started boxing! It's something that I've always wanted to do, long before Gigi Hadid and Co. made it mainstream. It's pretty cool and has gradually become more exhausting. Good gains. I recommend.

I went to Italy for my birthday and it was lovely (well, most of it at least). I even got to go to the beach and got sunburnt! That's not the bit that I hated... it's actually the fact that I am back in London and the next time I see a beach will probably be in a couple of months.. So yeah, I am considering moving, any suggestions? Around the Equator preferably.

I have been a granola eater for quite a while now and I have tried many brands and flavours but the best one yet is definitely Rude Health Coconut & Chia. At one point I had four boxes of this, just in case. They sell it in Waitrose too for about £4 and sometimes it's discounted to 3 quid (that's when the stash is filled!) It's brilliant with yogurt and fruit of choice and that's all I've been eating (once I had it for dinner too...sorry, definitely not sorry)

Listening to

Can I say Lemonade without being a complete cliche? I love Hold up and Don't hurt yourself
Mr. Zayn Malik also has some tunes - check out Borderz and She. Gosh, my taste in music seems very mainstream but there you go... next time I'll improve, promise.

Still Bulgarian Literature on loop. Currently reading some stories about immigration/ travelling/ being a citizen of the world/ belonging to one particular place. It definitely hits home (pun intended) and has been helping me figure out some things about myself and what I want in life. If you're lucky enough to speak the language check it out here.

Brighton Pier

That's how I turned 24. Dare I say, it was in style.

Cycling in London - still alive!

Thanks for sticking around, stay tuned!

  1. Your posts are always like a cup of that insanely good-looking mojito on top - refreshing and simply great! :))I must share my totally biased opinion here - Italy was but the best choice for a birthday trip :) Looking forward to new posts!
